Lucia Lazzaro is the founder, owner, and CEO of Wedding Harmony and Harmony Events. With Italian roots and Swiss precision, she has been shaping the world of luxury weddings and elevated events for nearly two decades. Since 2012, Lucia has been designing and coordinating extraordinary celebrations for an international clientele, combining aesthetics, seamless logistics, and meaningful experiences at the highest level.
As the creative heart and strategic leader of the company, she defines the vision, values, and direction of both brands.
With Harmony Events, Lucia extends this philosophy to the world of corporate and private events, uniting design, atmosphere, and flawless execution. Over the past decade, she has successfully led numerous large-scale events, including the entire event division for RIGA26 as well as major gatherings for the Gewerbeverein Uzwil. This experience gives her a profound understanding of how to craft events that are not only beautiful, but also purposeful and impactful.

At Harmony Events, Tetyana serves as Chief Operating Officer & Manager, where she oversees the concept development, design, and flawless execution of both corporate and private events. At Harmony Events, Roberta plays a key role in ensuring that each event has not only aesthetic and logistical harmony, but also a strong, coherent voice. She oversees all narrative aspects of our events – from the tone of the invitation suite to the flow of spoken moments during the ceremony or celebration, to the editorial structure of printed materials, speeches, and branded guest communication.
Her talent lies in translating values, emotions, and identities into words that resonate deeply.
